Shipping policy

We currently ship Chaser Water to addresses within the continental United States. Unfortunately, we’re unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations at this time.

Orders typically process within 1–2 business days and ship via standard ground service, depending on your location. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after leaving our warehouse.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on the way. Please double-check your address before checkout. Once shipped, we can’t reroute orders.
