Refund policy
Because Chaser Water products are consumable, we’re unable to accept returns once an order has shipped. However, your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll gladly replace it or issue a refund for the affected items.
To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hydrate@chaserwater.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a short description.
Refunds and replacements are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and processed promptly once verified.
Please note: We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for opened or consumed products unless there is a quality issue.
